Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Azentro when you use the app: what we provide, what you're responsible for, and the limits of what Azentro's figures can be relied on for.

Effective 1 December 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Azentro Limited (“Azentro”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17015083) with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Please read them, particularly sections 11 and 12, which explain that Azentro does not give tax or accounting advice and limit our liability.

1.About these terms

  • These terms apply when you create an account or use the Azentro app, the demo or the website. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
  • If you use Azentro on behalf of a business, you agree to these terms for that business and confirm you are authorised to do so. “You” then means that business.
  • Azentro is a business service. You agree you are using it for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer.

2.Who can use Azentro

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Azentro is built for UK-based Amazon sellers and currently supports the Amazon UK marketplace only. Anyone can sign up, but some features may not work as expected outside that use.

3.Your account

  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password secret and don't share your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us straight away at support@azentro.co.uk if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • We may refuse a username or email address, for example if it impersonates someone else.

4.The service

Azentro helps you track the cost, profit, stock and VAT position of your Amazon business. It brings together data you import from Amazon with records you enter or upload (such as purchase orders, suppliers, prep costs and expenses) and calculates figures from them. Features are described on our website and may change over time (see section 9).

5.Connecting Amazon

  • You can connect your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon’s own authorisation. You confirm you are entitled to give us that access and that you will keep to Amazon’s terms for sellers.
  • We only use the access to provide Azentro to you. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or from Seller Central.
  • Amazon’s data and services are outside our control. We are not responsible for data that Amazon provides late, changes, withholds or gets wrong, for changes Amazon makes to its services, or for Amazon suspending or limiting your access.
  • Azentro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.

6.Your data

  • You own your data. Everything you import or enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide, secure and support Azentro.
  • Accuracy of what you enter is your responsibility. Azentro’s figures are only as good as the purchase costs, prep costs, VAT settings and other records you give it.
  • Keep your own records. Azentro is not an archive. You remain responsible for keeping the records HMRC and others require, for as long as they require them. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
  • Personal data. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Schedule in section 18 applies.
  • Anonymous statistics. We may use aggregated, anonymised information about how Azentro is used to run and improve it. This never identifies you, your business or your customers.

7.Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use Azentro for anything unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of Amazon's policies;
  • upload content you have no right to use, or malicious code;
  • try to access other users' data, probe or break our security, or get around usage limits;
  • copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from Azentro, except as the law allows;
  • use automated tools to scrape or overload the service;
  • share access to your account outside your own business.

8.Fees

Azentro is currently free to use while there is no published price. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before any charge applies to you, and you will only be charged if you choose a paid plan. The price, billing terms and any refund rules will be shown before you agree to pay.

9.Availability and changes

  • We work to keep Azentro running and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that data will sync on any particular schedule.
  • We may carry out maintenance, which can make Azentro temporarily unavailable.
  • We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something significant that you rely on, we’ll give you reasonable notice where we can.

10.Third-party services

Azentro relies on third-party services, including Amazon, our hosting and database providers, our email provider and our bot-protection service. Those are listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their failures, except where the law says we must be.

11.No tax or accounting advice

Azentro is not an accountant or tax adviser, and we do not provide tax, VAT, accounting, legal or financial advice. Everything Azentro gives you is general information and estimates to help you run your business. That includes:

  • figures and calculations, including profit, cost of goods, stock values, VAT, tax-to-set-aside, payouts and deadlines;
  • warnings, alerts, notifications and emails, such as VAT threshold warnings;
  • explanations, tips, guides, help centre articles, FAQs and on-screen text;
  • replies from our support team.

These are worked out from Amazon’s data, your own records and the settings you choose. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and may not match HMRC’s view or your own circumstances.

  • You are responsible for your own VAT returns, tax returns, accounts and filings, and for checking any figure before you rely on it.
  • We recommend you speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser before you file anything or make decisions based on Azentro.
  • Nothing Azentro shows or says creates an adviser-client relationship between you and us.

12.Our liability to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that:

  • we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data (other than our obligation to restore data from our backups where we reasonably can), or for any indirect or consequential loss;
  • we are not liable for losses caused by relying on Azentro’s figures without checking them, by inaccurate data you or Amazon provide, or by events outside our reasonable control;
  • our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with Azentro in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and ÂŁ100.

All terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent the law allows.

13.Your responsibility to us

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs (including legal costs) we incur because of a claim by a third party arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law, or data you upload that you had no right to use.

14.Intellectual property

Azentro, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business while your account is open. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

15.Suspension and closing your account

  • You can stop using Azentro and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion follows the process in our Privacy Policy, including a 28-day period in which you can change your mind.
  • We may suspend or close your account, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect Azentro, other users or Amazon's requirements.
  • We may close accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months, after giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.
  • If we decide to stop providing Azentro altogether, we will give you at least 60 days' notice so you can export your data.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after closure (including 6, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17) will continue.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Azentro after that means you accept the new terms; if you don’t, you can close your account before then. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

17.General

  • These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about Azentro.
  • If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer ours, for example if Azentro is sold, and will tell you if we do.
  • No one else has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

18.Data Processing Schedule

This schedule forms part of these terms and applies where Azentro processes personal data for you as your processor, as required by Article 28 of the UK GDPR. Words used here have the meaning given in the UK GDPR.
